Knit Collage Wildflower Yarn

Knit Collage Wildflower Yarn is handspun from strips of lightweight cotton voile fabric. The fabrics are all block printed by hand in an area of Jaipur, India that is known for this unique technique. When craftswomen receive the fabric, they cut it into strips and knot it together to make each skein. By supporting these age-old Indian printing practices, we hope to keep this craft thriving. Wildflower is a soft cotton yarn that has beautiful stitch definition. We especially love it knit on large (size 19 or 35 needles) to create an open fishnet-y stitch.

Embrace your inner hippie and learn a new stitch with our Peace Out Scarf. This pattern features an open twisted stitch design that looks all sorts of fancy but is a cinch to knit. After you cast off, follow our in depth photo guide to add your own 70s-esque macrame fringe to your scarf ends. There is nothing not to love about this one!  Scarf requires 2 skeins of Wildflower Yarn and size #35 needles. Pattern included free with purchase.

The Striped Story Cowl is our answer to what to wear during those transitional months between seasons when the temp is neither hot nor cold.
