Join Tracy in exploring the Joy of Linen as we make your go-to, breezy summer top. Choose a sport or dk weight linen or linen blend. Make the Loops original Fifty Shades of Linen or the tried-and-true Worsted Boxy (summer version!) - or a different pattern of your choice that uses linen.
For Fifty Shades of Linen, you will need a minimum of 810 yards of sport/dk linen/linen blend and a circular needle size US 7, 32-40 inches in length. (Hint: if you're new to linen, consider choosing a bamboo needle.)
For Worsted Boxy, you will need 1100 yards of DK weight linen/linen blend, depending on size chosen. The pattern recommends size US 9 and 7 needles, but you will want to use the size that gives you the fabric you like.
Please knit a gauge swatch in your chosen yarn prior to class.
Clases will meet Tuesdays, April 16 and 30, 2019, 6-7:30pm.
