Koigu Festive Pencil Packs

We've always been huge fans of Koigu's Pencil Boxes, so we're over the moon that we can now double the fun with these new Pencil Packs that come with 25 (yes, 25!) skeins of hand-dyed KPPPM!  If you need a mini-skein for an accent stripe, you'll have it covered!  Wanting to create a shawl or garment with all-the-shades?  You're good to go!

Ambah O'Brien has three shawls that are a perfect pairing for this Pencil Box.  Choosing which one you'll make may be the hardest part--they're all so amazing! Ambah's patterns are not included in the Festive pack; they can be purchased on Ravelry.

And Shelley's Rising Scarf pattern is one of our perennial favorites!  You have enough yardage in your Pencil Box to make two!  The Rising Scarf pattern will be sent to you as a pdf file with your purchase of a Pencil Pack.

"Adventurer Cowl" by Ambah O'Brien @ambahobrien

Suitable for an advanced beginner, this amazing cowl begins with a provisional cast on, is worked flat, on the bias then a 3-needle bind off joins the ends together. The cowl is available in two sizes--short and long.  The short size (24.5 in / 62cm circumference, 11 in / 28cm height) uses 12 mini skeins.  The long size (49 in / 62m circumference, 11 in / 28cm height) uses 24 mini skeins. The cowl is knit with size US 4 (3.5mm) needles. The pattern is available on Ravelry.

"Lamina Wrap" by Ambah O'Brien @ambahobrien

This striking wrap lets your design imagination run wild.  Alternating garter sections and lace panels, you can choose to use all of your minis in an alternating fashion or add a MC for the garter bands.  The wrap is knit with size US 5 (3.75mm) needles. The pattern is available on Ravelry.

"Radvent Throw" by Ambah O'Brien @ambahobrien

Each square of this beautiful Radvent Throw uses one mini-skein and is knit from the center out working in the round and then joined together with a simple crochet join. Each square becomes its own color adventure! The throw is knit with size US 6 (4mm) long circular needles and DPNs or circular needles for small circumference knitting.  You need a size G-6 (4mm) crochet hook for joining. The finished dimensions are 40 in (100cm) width and 61 in (152.5cm) length. The pattern is available on Ravelry.
