"Pressed Flowers" Hat Kit

The project story:

Ever since Amy Christoffers debuted her Pressed Flowers shawl in 2020, the Pressed Flowers motif has captivated knitters all over the world.  When we saw it applied to the Pressed Flowers Hat, we jumped on board!

The yarns:

When we started doing the yarn pairings for this hat, we came up with so many fabulous combinations we couldn't narrow them down to just two or three!  And since we're convinced once you make one of these hats, you'll be making more, let the color choosing begin!

Our model kit (Starstruck and Wilder) contains one skein each of Spincycle Wilder (100% non-superwashed American Rambouillet wool, 200 yds, 183m) and Spincycle Dyed in the Wool (100% superwashed American Wool, 200 yds, 182m).  All other pairings contain one skein each of Cool Beans Sport (100% Superwash Merino Wool, 100 g, 328yds, 299m) and Spincycle Dyed in the Wool (100% superwashed American Wool, 200 yds, 182m).

The hat is knit on size US 3 & 5 (3.25-3.75mm) needles. If you're wanting a pompom to top off your hat, check out our selection here.
