The Projects: “Flying Fringe” shawl and “Meraki” hat by Beata Jezek
“Flying Fringe” - This easy rectangular scarf in garter stitch is knitted on the bias. You will be holding two strands of fingering weight yarn together for a marled effect. To create a similar-looking marl only change one strand at a time. You won't have to worry about weaving in the ends, they will become part of the fringe.

“Meraki” - "Meraki" is a simple gradient hat, knit in stockinette stitch from brim to crown. You can wear the hat slouchy or folded for a thicker brim. Experiment with a tonal color palette or go wild with some variegated or speckled yarns!
