The yarn:

The luxurious blend of alpaca, silk and cashmere is a delight to knit.  Soft with a beautiful halo and sheen, it's perfect for next-to-skin garments and accessories.

Fiber: 70% Alpaca, 20% Silk, 10% Cashmere Goat
Weight/Length: 100g, 437 yds (400m)
Gauge Designation:  Fingering
Gauge: 26-28 sts = 4 inches on US 3-6 (3.25-4mm) needles
Care: Hand wash cold, lay flat to dry.

"Random Acts of Kindness" by Nim Teasdale @nimble_knits

Mitzi knit this beautiful semi-circular shawl on size 5 (3.75mm) needles with two skeins of Allure. The semi-circular shawl makes use of twisted stitches and bobbles to dramatic effect, and the addictive repeats makes quick work of this light-as-a-feather shawl.  The design can be worked entirely from the written pattern, or from charts with some notes.

You will need two skeins of Allure to complete your shawl (we used colorway "Clay").

"Dot Shawl" by Casapinka @casapinka

Guess what???  The dots on this shawl are not bobbles, they're P2togs!  Yay!  Casapinka designed this shawl as part of her portfolio for the Rhode Island School of design.  

We knit the Shawlette version with finished dimensions of 14 x 58 in (35 x 150cm) using 1 skein each of La Bien Aimée Allure and La Bien Aimée Merino Bouclé.  If you plan to knit the larger Shawl version with finished dimensions of 17 x 64 in (43 x 163cm), you will need 2 skeins of La Bien Aimée Allure and 1 skein of La Bien Aimée Merino Bouclé. We used colorway "There Goes My Yarn Diet" in Merino Boucle and colorway "Grain de lin" in Allure.

The shawl is knit with size US 4 (3.5mm) and 6 (4.mm) needles. The pattern is available on Ravelry.

"ieri" by Mara Licole @maralicoleknits

This sweet little shawl has the perfect amount of serenity knitting combined with yarnovers and a picot bindoff for pops of delight.  Made with just one skein of Allure, the triangular shawl is knit side-to-side to create an off-center triangle shape.  Perfect as a light-as-a-feather shoulder shawl or pulled more closely around the neck as a drapey cowl.

The shawl is knit with US 6 (4mm) needles. The pattern is available on Ravelry.
