Elsebeth Lavold's Hempathy blends hemp, cotton and modal into one of our favorite yarns for warm weather wear. The fiber softens dramatically with wear, washes beautifully and breathes for ultimate comfort.
We've found two projects the Troops are itching to cast on for spring. The first is a stunning airy poncho by Caroline Hegwer for The Noble Thread which uses 4-5 skeins of Hempathy for sizes XS-XXL. The Whisper poncho pattern is available free on Ravelry and uses a range of needle sizes from 7-11. We're also crushing on the Summer Ease Cardi by Grace Akhrem that comes in a range of sizes from XS to 2XL and requires 5-7 skeins of Hempathy and size 4 needles. The Summer Ease Cardi pattern is available for purchase on ravelry.com.
