SLOW CURVES by Joji Locatelli (knit shawl)
Every time we feature one of Joji's designs, it goes straight into knitting queues around the world!
We are pairing Emma's Yarn Super Silky with Joji Locatelli's shawl Slow Curves and we have a feeling it is going to be a hit!
Slow Curves is a crescent shawl design that alternates wedges of solid colors with wedges of faded or mixed yarns. With the use of short rows, these sections create curves that move like a pendulum. On one side of the shawl you will see 4 definite solid sections, and on the other side you will see them all blended together. The result is this beautiful, big, optically intriguing shawl.
You'll need 1 skein each of 4 colors of Super Silky and size US 6 needles. We used the following 4 colors: Love Note, Sherberthday, I Want Candy, and Cally Girl. (Note: Loops Trooper Jane just used each skein until it ran out and switched to the next).
LIGHTWAVE pullover by Dani Sunshine
Everyone needs a light spring sweater with a unique pop.
And we are loving Light Waves by Dani Sunshine. These little chevron details are understated and so chic.
This lightweight sweater is worked seamlessly from the bottom up. The body is worked in the round to the underarms, after which the front and back are separated and worked back and forth. The shoulders are joined by casting on new stitches and working short rows in a chevron pattern. Stitches are then picked up for the sleeves which are worked in the round. The neckline and cuffs are finished with ribbing.
We're taking out the guess work for you - trust us, you want to make this sweater with Emma's Yarn Super Silky! Especially with our exclusive colorway, Make it Rain.
To fit chest sizes 30 (33, 36, 39) (42, 46, 50) inches, you'll need the following yarn amounts:
Colour A: 1 (1, 2, 2) (2, 2, 2) skeins
Colour B: 2 (2, 2, 3) (3, 3, 3) skeins

FROZEN WATERFALL (crochet shawl)
Crochet the Frozen Waterfall Shawl with Emma's Yarn Super Silky and you'll have a fantastic one-of-a-kind fade that's perfect for hugging your shoulders on a breezy spring evening.
The pattern starts at the small end and grows from there, and as the four colors fade, the color changes are worked in such a way that there’s only two ends to weave in for each color. The pattern uses post stitches, but is otherwise beginner friendly, and is easily customized.
These graphic post stitches create a tactile texture that feels even better under your fingers when you work it up with Emma's Yarn Super Silky - a Superwash Merino/Silk blend that is SO soft and hand-dyed in the most delicate and dappled colors. Try Root 66- our exclusive colorway hand-dyed just for us by Emma!
You'll need 1 skein each of 4 colors. Model shown in Glamping, Drops of Jupiter, Root 66, and Bohemian Market. Recommended hook size: 5.0mm/H.
