Juniper Moon Farm Cumulus & Cumulus Dappled & Cumulus Rainbow

$ 25.49 Regular price

Juniper Moon Farm Cumulus is one of the loftiest, softest and most scrumptious cotton yarns we've ever had on our needles!  This Israeli Mako Cotton blend is as soft as a kitten! The long staple length of Mako cotton is of the highest quality fiber. Light as a feather, Cumulus is perfect for baby blankets and garments, and it's next-to-skin soft for scarves and shawls.

"Fringeworthy" is a Loops pattern that has become an iconic design to use with a multitude of yarns.  It uses only 251 yards of a worsted or aran weight yarn knit on size 11-13 needles. This self-fringing shawl is as much fun to make as it is to wear.

Cumulus is perfect because of its soft cotton drape, and the Cumulus Rainbow offers that striping effect where one color fades into the next.  We couldn't resist knitting up a rainbow to wear all year using Rainbow color 202, "Great Reef."  One swirly cake of Cumulus makes an entire Fringeworthy shawl.

This pattern is available for free with purchase of the yarn, upon request. Just pop a note into the space provided when you check out.

Loops Trooper Karen used Dappled color 111 Kokomo Blues and 117 Bondi Beach to make the Crochet Infinity Cowl. You'll need 1 skein each of 2 colors, and a US size J (6.0mm) crochet hook. You will have enough yarn to make the cowl wider if you prefer.

The "Crochet Infinity Cowl" is a free pattern by Karen Klein on Ravelry.
