The yarnstory:
GG and Shelley share a mutual love and admiration for Amy Small, founder of Knit Collage (and Season 1 Knit Star - the first person to ever say “YES!” to a Knit Stars Masterclass!)

Drawing on her previous experience with Free People, Amy creates bulky art yarns like no other. These are yarns that are delicious to look at, fast and fun to work up, and most of all, mesmerizing to wear!

The yarn:  Serneity Boucle is the newest addition to the Knit Collage yarn family - a machine-made brushed boucle yarn. Wool and nylon fabrics are spun together to create this yummy texture. The brushed effect creates a lived-in feel that helps to elevate the hominess of all projects created with this base.

Fiber: 85% Merino Wool, 15% Nylon
Length: Approximately 150yds (137m)
Weight: 100g
Gauge Designation: Worsted weight
Gauge/Needles: 12-24 sts = 4 inches (10cm) on US 6-10 (4-6mm) needles

Your “Ride the Wave” scarf kit combines all 3 GG-inspired oranges from the Knit Collage palette: fluffy, sparkly Spun Cloud in “Joy Bomb Orange,” Wildflower the unique fabric-strip yarn in “Tart Orange,” and textural Serenity Bouclé in “Paprika.”

The fun wave effect is easy and fun for even a beginner knitter. Just knitting, no purling! And, with three different yarn bases, there is no shortage of texture!
