Weight/Length: 150g, 90 yds (82m)
Gauge Designation: Super Bulky
Gauge/Needle Size: 8-10 sts = 4in (10cm) on US 13-19 (9-15mm) needles
Care: Hand wash gently, lay flat to dry.

"Stranded Cowl" by Julie Weisenberger @cocoknits

People may not believe you knitted this cowl — the fabric is more woven in appearance. The wrong side is shown as the exposed side but the reverse, right side is also interesting, giving you a reversible piece. It is deceptively simple and very quick to knit.

The cowl is knit with size US 13 (9mm) needles and measures approximately 28in (71cm) in circumference as written but is very easy to adjust. Just make sure to CO an odd number of stitches. Choose 1 skein of any color of Malabrigo Rios or other worsted weight yarn to combine with 1 skein of Malabrigo Rasta.  Create a tonal effect by choosing similar colors, or a two color version with contrasting colors, as shown in our photo.

The Stranded Cowl pattern by Julie Weisenberger is available for purchase on Ravelry.
