"Through the Clouds" by Rachy Newin @rachynewindesigns

The "Through the Clouds" crochet shawl is perfect for when the gloom seems never ending - it’s designed to explode with color and is all kinds of cozy.

Simple stitching and clever striping combine to make a totally unique accessory. The pattern uses just single crochet and chain, but combines them in unusual ways to make an eye-catching shawl that’s a delight to work up and to wear.

Two skeins of Tough Sock will make a shawl that has a wingspan of 43.5 in (110cm) and measures 21.5 in (55cm) down the back.  Four skeins will net a shawl that has a wingspan of 72 in (183cm) and measures 34 in (86cm) down the back. Sizing is easily customizable by adding or eliminating repeats.

The Through the Clouds pattern by Rachy Newin is available on Ravelry.
